Brocoli Patties
Ingredients:
Brocoli-1 medium size flower
Potato-2 medium sized
Carrot-1 large
Coriander
Cornflour--4tb spoon
Chili powder-2t spoon(adjust for kids)
Salt-as per taste
Garam masala-1t spoon(avoid for babies)
Preparation:
Boil potato and carrot.Grate brocoli.
Mash boiled potatoes and carrot into grated brocoli.Now add cornflour and other ingredients, mix well to form consistency to make patties.
Now heat a tawa.Make patties into heart shapes/your required shapes.
Put some oil on tawa and heat these patties both sides till it becomes brown.
Serve patties with any sauce or chutney.
