Kulfi

       

Ingredients:

Milk--1 liter
Sugar--10 tablespoons sugar
Dry fruit powder--8 tablespoon 
Corn flour--1 teaspoon 
Cardamom powder--1 tablespoon
Saffron--optional
Salt--pinch
Kulfi mold

Preparation:

Take a bowl and keep it on medium flame, pour milk in it.Wait till milk to boiling state then stir it frequently for 10 minutes. 
Now take saffron and cornflour in small bowl separately and mix with 1 tablespoon hot milk.

Now add  dry fruits powder,sugar and cardamom powder to boiling milk while stirring.Then add cornflour and saffron mix.
Stir this frequently (make sure there are no lumps)till milk quantity becomes half of it then turn off the flame and wait this kulfi mix becomes cool.

Now pour it into kulfi mold and keep it in the refrigerator for 8-9 hours.
Take out the kulfi from refrigerator whenever you want after 8-9 hours and hold it under running water for 2 minutes so that kulfi comes out without breaking.

If you don't have kulfi mold you can pour kulfi mix in ice cube tray,it'll be kulfi cube
