Pav Bhaji
Ingredients:
Bread pav
Potato -- 3
Cauliflower -- 1/2 flower
Carrot -- 1/2 cup fiely chopped
Tomato -- 3
Green peas -- 1 cup
Onion --- 1 cup finely chopped
Gingergarlic paste -- 2 table spoons
Red chili powder --2 table spoons
Salt --- to taste
Pav Bhaji Masala --4 table spoons
Coriander
Lemon --- 1
Oil --- 2 table spoons
Butter
Preparation:
Pav Preparation:
Take a Tawa, keep it
on low flame add little butter, then put
Bread pav(Bun Bread also fine if you are not able to get Pav bread) on
that butter. Take out this bread pav from tawa after it turns lite brown color.Now Pav is ready.
Bhaji Preparation:
First Boil all the vegetables and Green Peas except tomatoes.Now take a pan and keep it on medium flame then pour oil .After oil got heat add 1/2 cup finely chopped onions.while onions are frying add Ginger Garlic paste and stir well, then add finely chopped tomatoes and boiled vegetables and Green peas(add some water as per your required consistency).Stir well and add Red chilipowder,Salt and Pav Bhaji Masala powder(if you want more you can add as per you taste).Mix it well and close it with lid while keeping it on low flame .Open the lid after 5 minutes ,stir well and take it into serving bowl .Then add Coriander and lillte Butter to it,so that Tasty Bhaji is Ready.
Serve it with Pav you prepared ,Onion and Lemon.
