Peanut Chutney(palli chutney)


Ingredients:

Peanuts/Ground Nuts--- 1 cup
Green Chili --- 5
Curry Leaves -- 10
Coriander
Cumin seeds/Jeera --- 1 tablespoon
Red Chili -- 2 for seasoning
oil -- 1 teaspoon
Salt -- to taste
Turmeric -- 1/4 teaspoon

Preparation:

  • Take a small pan and keep it on medium flame then  roast peanuts and keep aside.
  • Pour 1/2 teaspoon oil in the same pan while keeping it on flame , fry  1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds, slicly cut green chili and Curry leaves.
  • Grind roasted peanuts, above fried mix, Salt and Turmeric like fine paste by adding water.
  • For seasoning this :
  • Heat a small pan and pour 1/2 teaspoon oil,1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds,Red Chili,3-4 curry leaves and Little Coriander.
  • When all these fried add it to grinded mix.

              Now Peanut Chutney is Ready.
