Wash and Chop the snake gourd into small round pieces and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Add Greeen Chili ,urad dal
and Ginger Garlic paste and fry till all are fried. Add hing and curry
leaves.
Add the chopped snake gourd, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and
cook till the snake gourd is tender but don't overcook. Let it cool.
Meanwhile, add water to yogurt and beat it well. Add water little by little till you get the desired consistency.
Now add the fried snake gourd to the curd and give it a good mix. Adjust salt if required.
Take it into Serving bowl and garnish with Coriander.
Now our Recipe is Ready ............:) Serve with rice.
