Gobi Manchurian


Ingredients:

Gobi/Cauliflower -- 1 full
Capsicum -- 1 small size
Onion --1 medium size
Garlic -- 1 table spoon finely chopped
Corn Flour -- 1/2 cup
Maida flour -- 1/4 cup
Red chili powder -- 1 table spoon
Salt -- to taste
Dania/coriander powder -- 1 tablespoon
Oil -- for deep fry
Tomato sauce -- 1 table spoon
Chill sauce -- 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce -- 1/2 table spoon
Vinegar -- 1 tablespoon

Preparation:

 First cut Gobi into small pieces(like small flowers) and keep them in hot water for 5 minutes.
Cut Capsicum and Onion into medium size pieces  .
"For this recipe we need to prepare one sauce."
  Sauce preparation:
    Take one bowl. In that bowl mix Tomato sauce,Chii sauce, Soya sauce, Vinegar,1/2 table spoon  chili powder and 1/2 table spoon salt and keep aside.
Take a pan(kadai) ,pour oil for deep fry and keep it on  medium flame. While  oil is heating you need to prepare Manchurian batter ,for that take a bowl and add corn flour, Maida flour ,1/2 table spoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 table spoon Coriander powder then mix
It well and add Gobi(strain all the water) into that batter.
 After oil heated ,deep fry this Mixed Gobi till it turns Golden Color. Take all this fried Gobi to a plate. Now take another pan ,keep it on medium flame  and pour 1 tablespoon of oil. After oil heated add Garlic ,Capsicum pieces, onion pieces and fry well. Now add the sauce you prepared before, while stirring this add fried Gobi and mix it well. After keeping this on low for 1 minute take it into a plate and garnish it with coriander and lemon whatever you want.
