Bread Dosa


Ingredients:

 Bread -- 10 slices
 Sooji/rawa- -1/2 cup
 Rice flour --1 tablespoons
 Curd-- 2 table spoons
 Ginger-- Finely chopped
 Green Chili --2 finely chopped
 Curry leaves--10
 Salt-- to taste
 Oil

 

Preparation:

 

First cutout edges of Bread and sprinkle some water on them so that they become soft.
Grind sooji,curd,ginger,green chillies,curry leaves and rice flour into a smooth batter using sufficient water.
Add soaked bread slices and grind it again using little more water to get right (dosa) consistency.
Transfer the batter into a bowl and add little salt and mix it well.
Heat a nonstick tawa,grease it with little oil and wipe it with bread edges .
Pour a bowlful of batter on tawa and spread into a dosa.
Drizzle little oil on top and sides ,cook for 2 minutes then turn it
Other side and cook till done.
Very tasty hot dosa is ready.
Serve it with tomato chutney.
